PANCRECARB® (pancrelipase) is indicated for patients with exocrine pancreatic enzyme insufficiency as is often associated with:  cystic fibrosis, chronic pancreatitis due to alcohol use or other causes, post-pancreatectomy, post-gastrointestinal bypass surgery (e.g. Billroth II gastroenterostomy).
